Welcome to Sunset View Spa, part of Sunset View Limited.
Please read the following booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

• To secure your appointment, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

• Payments confirm your reserved time and therapist.

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly at admin@sunsetview-info.uk or 07469 179868.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment at no cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled treatment will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients.

3. Professional Conduct

• All treatments provided by Sunset View Spa are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and future services will be refused.

• We maintain the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion if professionalism or safety is compromised.

4. Client Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session.

• Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain health conditions or during pregnancy.

• Our therapists are fully qualified, insured, and trained to provide safe and confidential treatments.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your personal information and treatment details are kept strictly confidential and protected under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

• We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability

• Sunset View Spa takes great care to provide safe and professional services. However, clients are responsible for notifying their therapist of any medical concerns before treatment.

• Sunset View Limited cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from information not disclosed at the time of treatment.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
